Box Component – US Box Lacrosse Association (USBOXLA) Rule Book – CLA.  Cross checking, live boards, shot clocks.
All Goalies and players must be fully equipped – no loaner gear for players/goalies.
Format

2 full length Field lacrosse games (Saturday May 28, 2011)
2 full length Box Lacrosse games (Sunday May 29th, 2011)
1-2 full length Box Lacrosse games (Championship rounds Monday May 30th, 2011)
all teams guaranteed at least 5 games
*exhibition/friendly games can be booked for Friday May 27th, 2011 between
3pm-7-pm in either Box or Field
Division B:
Skill

‘B’ skilled Field lacrosse clubs with no indoor/box experience.  A perfect and easy introduction to Box Lacrosse.

Rules

Box Component – modified indoor rules, no cross checking, no playing near boards, 5 v 5, no shot clocks, 4′x4′ nets.
All Goalie Equipment is provided at NO Charge.  Players can wear regular field lacrosse equipment without upgrade.

host the field component of the Bay Area Super Series.
The Complex is made up of 11 fields. There are two turf fields, 8 full size grass fields and one smaller grass field.

Winnipeg Elite Youth Lacrosse and the Wyndham Hotel San Jose (here after known as the “Group” and the “Hotel” respectively) have agreed to the accommodations and functions to be held at the Wyndham Hotel San Jose. The Hotel will provide rooms and function space and agreed services for the Group in the manner and to the terms described within.

Room Rates
The Hotel agrees to charge the following group rates for Winnipeg Elite Youth Lacross and available, up to three days prior to official room block and three days after, the Hotel agrees to provide accommodations at the group rate, based on conditions of this agreement. (Please note, requests for arrivals prior to or departures after the official meeting dates must be made direct with the hotel).  All rates are subject to the applicable local taxes at the time of the event.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the event date.  Guests arriving prior to this time will be accommodated as soon as possible.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Late check-outs (2:00 PM) must be individually arranged with the front desk.
Cut-off date For Reservations:
The Hotel agrees to hold the outlined guest room block until: Wednesday, April 27, 2011.  At this time, the unused portion of your room block will be released. The Hotel will accept reservations after the aforementioned date only on a space available basis and rooms will be charged at the then current hotel rates.  The quoted room rates are based on scheduled arrival and departure dates.  Any room availability for early arrivals or stay-overs will be based on space availability and charged at available hotel rates.

Individual Reservations:
If the attendees are instructed to make their reservations with the Hotel individually, they must identify themselves as being part of Winnipeg Elite Youth Lacross to ensure the special rate.  All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit for first night’s stay and local applicable taxes.
